Most of your session is spent working on the table, but first we will talk, you will fill out a health questionnaire, let me know what your goals and intentions are, and I will need to identify your standing posture. During the session, I may have you stand, walk or sit, moving your body in gravity, and ask you to notice any new sensations or awareness in your body. This will assist the process of integration through movement, and it also allows monitoring the progress of the work.
Movement is an important part of Structural Integration-from a kinesthetic and neuromuscular perspective, much can develop in those first few moments of standing and walking. Taking time to notice what is different allows your body to absorb and integrate what has happened in the body-mind connection. Your structure begins to make noticeable postural shifts, and you can gain a felt sense of movement and awareness of that movement.

Fascia is the bodysuit of the body that holds nerves, arteries, veins, and muscles. Think of 600 individual pockets for the muscles. Fascial restrictions in one area of the body create lack of movement, pain, discomfort in other areas of the body.
A systematic approach, working from superficial to deep aligning and balancing the body in gravity . When the body is balanced and aligned, it moves with greater ease and has more energy and resilience. This process allows a body to age more gracefully with less wear and tear. Getting older does not mean we should be in pain and discomfort.
